Okay so we have started pitching together ideas for our thriller film. So far our ideas consist of using the subtlety which we get from the opening of Heat where Robert De Niro casually walks through a hospital and the audience think immediately that this character is part of the scenario, hoewever as we watched the opening scene back we noticed that he was wearing black leather gloves and then we realised that there was definately something going on. Although 'Heat' is a fantastic film with a great opening scene and a great film with lots of ideas we can take from it, we thought that the opening of it didnt match what we wanted from our thriller film...
